We all deserve to be pampered!, but with the vast changes during pregnancy, mums-to-be should be pampered all the more.
Treatment will generally focus on the lower back to ease tension and work upward onto the shoulders and neck, with an optional head massage to finish.
Achey feet? No worries! Treatments will be tailored to each mum-to-be, so if you feel like your lower body needs some treatment, you can discuss this with your therapist.
Treatment is generally advised after the first trimester to avoid potential nausea or dizziness.
