Fit With was founded in 2019 by Robin and Sianne. Together, they have 14 years of combined experience within the health and fitness industry.
The vision shared by both is being able to provide an accessible service wherever you may be and providing different packages to suit your needs.
Online fitness and nutrition programmes allow convenient support communicated via email/and or skype.
If in-person support is more suited to your needs then one-one or small group sessions at various clinics can be accessed.
Our website and social media pages are a platform to share our passion and knowledge and create a community to share your experience together.
Weekly workouts, live workouts to join in on, rehab and mobility videos, nutrition tips and recipes can all be found as part of our members zone (coming soon).
Sianne specialises in nutrition and sports massage, offering appointments at various clinics and online support.
"I have had a passion for nutrition and fitness for as long as I can remember. I was a sport enthusiast at school and anything competitive, I’d be there.
A lot of my friends know me as the squat queen… see me in the gym; most likely I’ll be found around the squat rack.
I have previously worked in the community as a health trainer and for the NHS as a smoking cessation advisor.
I have been self-employed working as sports massage therapist for over 10 years and I love what I do. Helping people recover from injuries and easing chronic pain or aches.
I have graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc in Nutrition.
I qualified as a personal trainer with the European Institute of Fitness at Lilleshall in 2012.
Some of my biggest achievements: include representing Wales in hockey and England University rugby 7s in my second year of university."
Robin specialises in sport - specific fitness programming and personal training for either 1-2-1 or group sessions.
"From a young age I have been extremely active.
Over the years I have trained in rugby, tennis, swimming, gymnastics, archery and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
I am a qualified personal trainer also holding a certificate in 'group studio cycling' and Wattbike training.
Some of my biggest achievements include:
Cycling from Dunkirk (France) to Kefalonia (Greece) for charity with a friend. This covered 2546 miles and we wild camped the whole way.
Completing a 36 hour triathlon for charity. Running 60 miles, cycling 189 miles and swimming 21 miles.
Completing the 2019 London Marathon."
